Encanto font
The name of the font that is most like the lettering used for the Encanto movie logo is a typeface by the name of Madrigal. It was created and produced by a Columbian font author by the name of Walter who owns and operates the NubeFonts typeface foundry. The original logo lettering is most likely a commercial font custom designed for the movie.
The Madrigal font includes all of the lovely curls and swirls which are present in the original movie poster logo font. It is an almost exact replica of the font used in the original Disney animated movie. Please note though, that it only includes Uppercase characters in the font map which is in keeping with how the Disney Encanto movie title lettering is styled. If you are looking for a font that is similar to the one used in the movie, then the Madrigal typeface would be my #1 recommendation.

About the Encanto brand
Released in 2021, this movie is a popular computer-animated fantasy musical comedy that was produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. Directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, it was the 60th film made by the incredibly successful studio. This hugely popular Disney movie stars the voices of Stephanie Beatriz, Mauro Castillo, John Leguizamo, Lin-Manuel Miranda and María Cecilia Botero.
The movie tells the story of an extraordinary multi-generational family from Colombia called the Madrigals. The main characters in animated musical comedy film are: Pedro and Alma MAdrigal (the parents), and Julieta, Pepa and Bruno (their children). It premiered on November 3 in 2021 at Los Angeles’s El Capitan Theatre. Released in 3D, as well as 2D and D-BOX formats, it grossed over $256 million globally, against a total budget of around $150 million overall.

The Disney Encanto font is notable for its thin lines and curvy edges. Strikingly, letters like I, L, and U possess curved and sharp-edged terminals. Its font stems also are a mixture of bold and thin. Supported by international characters, the font’s design aptly matches the film’s fantasy-style theme.
