The original Gilligan's Island logo does not use a font but instead was created via a custom drawn image. The font that most closely resembles the original is a font of the same name called Gilligan's Island by Mark Riddle.
This font comes with a Shareware license, which means that it can be used for most non-commercial uses. The TTF font file contains a full set of upper and lower case characters. As an added bonus, the font also includes some dingbat images of characters and objects from the TV series itself: Gilligan, Mary Ann, Eunice "Lovey" Wentworth Howell, The Professor, Thurston Howell the III, a palm tree, and steering wheel from the SS Minow. Gilligan’s Island is an American sitcom that was televised on CBS from September 26, 1964, to April 17, 1967. It was created by Sherwood Schwartz—an award-winning producer that won an Emmy in 1961. The series centers on seven castaways from a shipwreck. They were stranded on an isolated island where the survivors have to find resources around and do every means to survive. Most of the episodes also circle on their mishaps as they attempt to escape the island.
