The name of the font that is used in the official Pulp Fiction movie logo is a typeface by the name of Pulp Fiction M54. It was created by the design team at font foundry M54, who are based in New York USA.

This font includes both a regular and italic version, both of these being in TTF format. The regular version is the on that you want to use if you want to try to replicate exactly the lettering used in the original Quentin Tarantino movie from 1994.
